bonjour a tous voila mon probleme ,apres avoir passer des heures sur des forum et avoir fait je ne sais combien de scan en ligne et telecharger des anti virus et anti spyware il es impossible de telecharger hijack le leul faite de marquer son nom sur google me ferme tous , je l ai installer avec une clef usb mais le scan se ferme apres 2 secondes ,merci d avance pour vos reponces

Essai de renommer Hijackthis.exe en mendes.exe
Puis, lance le.

Le probléme est que je ne peux pas ouvrir le réperoire de Hijack,le Poste de travail se ferme instantanement.Je ne peux pas non plus le supprimer, ni le renommer.

Salut,
J'ai fait toutes les manip demandées sauf que dans KillBox :
- je n'ai pas pu coller la liste "Paste and Clipboard",
- j'ai collé fichier aprés fichier puis reebooté.

Seul le fichier C:\WINDOWS\System32\reibr.exe a été éliminé.
J'ai refait la manip une deuxième fois, même résultat.

Je te renvoie le bloc notes qe j'ai refait avec SilentRunners.

Voila ou j'en suis.

Salut et un énorme merci.
J'ai fait le scan avec AVG : il m'a détecté 85 malwares avec notament un fichier de nuisance élevé appelé TOSHIBA-MONITOR.EXE alors que je n'ai jamais installé ou téléchargé de logiciel pour ce type de matériel.
J'ai supprimé tous ces fichiers et depuis :
- HijackThis fonctionne
- au démarrage du PC je n'ai plus le pavé "IE a rencontré un probléme et doit fermer".
Est ce que ce type de virus peut provenir d'un jeu en ligne (mon fils joue à Dofus)?
Je joins le log de HijackThis dans lequel il y a bien évidement les fichiers que SilentRunners avaient détectés.Je vais les supprimé, l'évaluation du log en ligne me les signale comme méchant.
Peux t'on se fier sans problémes aux résultats de l'analyse en ligne ?

Est ce que ce type de virus peut provenir d'un jeu en ligne (mon fils joue à Dofus)?

Oui s'il desactive tes protections pendant qu il joue. Je ne peux l affirmer. Cela peux venir aussi de cracks, de mauvais surfs, de sites X ou de mails infectés.

Peux t'on se fier sans problémes aux résultats de l'analyse en ligne ?

Non, je te conseilles de suivre mes indications. Sinon, tu te doutes que les forums d entraide n existeraient pas.

Télécharge le FixWareout d'un de ces deux sites sur le bureau:

Lance le fix: clique sur Next, puis Install, puis assure toi que "Run fixit" est activé puis clique sur Finish.
Le fix va commencer, suis les messages à l'écran. Il te sera demandé de redémarrer ton ordinateur, fais le. Ton système mettra un peu plus de temps au démarrage, c'est normal.

A la fin du fix, tu auras peut-être encore besoin de redémarrer le PC.

Au final, poste le contenu de C:\fixwareout\report.txt avec un nouveau rapport HijackThis.

¤Démarre en mode sans échec :
Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter
Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !

¤ Passe Spybot et corrige tout ce qu’il trouve + vaccine + supprime les quarantaines…

¤ Lance CCleaner comme sur le tuto fournit au début de la procédure.

¤ Vide ta Corbeille.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
¤ Redémarre en mode normal, relance Hijackthis et copie/colle un nouveau rapport sur le forum.

Précise tes soucis s’il en reste....

Salut.

J'ai fait toute la procédure sauf que :

- dans le premier scan de HijackThis je n'ai pas trouver "jjvex.exe",
- je n'ai pas pu démarrer en mode sans échec, windows n'a jamais accepté ce mode de démarrage.
- j'ai tout de même recherché "toshiba-monitor.ece" que je n'ai pas trouvé.

Aprés CCleaner, j'ai supprimé tout ce qui est définit par défaut, sauf les erreurs (?).

Le seul soucis qui resteest le pavé, au démarrage, "IExplorer a rencontré un probléme et doit fermer ...."

Salut.

Le probléme qui subsiste est, au démarrage du pc, le pavé "IExplorer a rencontré un probléme et doit fermer..." et derriére le pavé de connexion à Internet.
Apparament pas d'autres soucis.
Par contre je suis étonné par le nombre de fichiers infectés que m'a trouvé AVG à nouveau.

- coche: delete on reboot
- Dans "Full Path of File to Delete"
- Sélectionne "single File"
- copie et colle:

- clique sur la croix rouge
- une fenêtre va apparaître pour confirmation clique sur YES
- une seconde fenêtre te demande si tu veux redémarrer clique sur YES

Tu m'avais déjà fait télécharger Pocket Killbox et apparament je n'arrive pas à la faire fonctionner.Ci-dessous le rapport de la derniére tentative.

J'ai un petit probléme car lorsque j'ai téléchargé FixWareout il s'est créé un fichier FixIt et 2 répertoires Find et SUB.A mon avis il faudrait lancer FixIt mais dans le doute je préfére te poser la question?
Par ailleurs j'ai à nouveau eu droit au démarrage au pavé "IExplorer a rencontré un probléme etc....."

Procede juste comme ceci
Télécharge le FixWareout d'un de ces deux sites sur le bureau:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://swandog46.geekstogo.com/Fixwareout.exe

Lance le fix: clique sur Next, puis Install, puis assure toi que "Run fixit" est activé puis clique sur Finish.
Le fix va commencer, suis les messages à l'écran. Il te sera demandé de redémarrer ton ordinateur, fais le. Ton système mettra un peu plus de temps au démarrage, c'est normal.

A la fin du fix, tu auras peut-être encore besoin de redémarrer le PC.

Au final, poste le contenu de C:\fixwareout\report.txt avec un nouveau rapport HijackThis.

Tu peux faire ceci?
Apres ce rapport, je te donne une manip, la derniere je pense.

Télécharge Blacklight (de F-Secure) a l’une des 2 adresses :
https://www.f-secure.com/en
https://www.f-secure.com/en

et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.

Double-clique blbeta.exe et accepte la licence ; laisse [X]scan through Windows Explorer activé ; clique Scan puis Next

Tu verras une liste de fichiers détectés apparaître. Tu verras également un rapport, sur ton Bureau, nommé fsbl.xxxxxxx.log (les xxxxxxx sont des chiffres).

Copie et colle le contenu de ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse

Salut,

Je n'ai pas trouvé le fichier jqqaj.exe, il n'y est plus dans le rapport HiJackThis (Arrêt et démarrage entre temps).
J'ai supprimé les 4 lignes 017 mais elles sont apparament revenues dans le nouveau scan.
Autrement j'ai toujors au démarrage "IExplorer a rencontré un probléme .... " et le pavé de connexion à Internet qui s'affiche derrière.

Télécharge l2mfix ici:

http://www.downloads.subratam.org/l2mfix.exe

Double clic sur l2mfix.exe pour lancer l'extraction.
Dans le dossier l2mfix, double clic sur l2mfix.bat et choisis l'option #1 (et pas autre chose) et valide avec la touche entrée.
Le bloc note va s'ouvrir avec le résultat du scan.
Fais un copier coller du résultat sur le forum.

Télécharge Blacklight (de F-Secure) a l’une des 2 adresses :
https://www.f-secure.com/en
https://www.f-secure.com/en

et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.

Double-clique blbeta.exe et accepte la licence ; laisse [X]scan through Windows Explorer activé ; clique Scan puis Next

Tu verras une liste de fichiers détectés apparaître. Tu verras également un rapport, sur ton Bureau, nommé fsbl.xxxxxxx.log (les xxxxxxx sont des chiffres).

Copie et colle le contenu de ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse

Quelques petites choses avec l'utilisation de Blbeta :

- Je n'ai pas vu l'option "scan through Windows Explorer activé " sur la version que jai téléchargé.
- Faut il lancer le cleaning ou le rapport est suffisant ?

D'autre part si ça peut être utile AVGAntiSpyware, et lui uniquement, me trouve à chaque scan un fichier infecté par Downloader.Zlob.

Non je ne le vois pas, ni par le poste de travail, ni en recherche de fichier, ni par invite de commande.
