    What does their notice say?
    Is there no built-in assistance?

    Hello,

    Hello,

A novice is urgently in need of help!

How do I remove an excess from a customer payment, even if the entry was made on another date?

I hope this message is clear enough, thank you in advance!

    Hello,

Yes, the payment is already recorded. When making the payment for the account for an amount x (paid by Visa on March 8), I added an excess amount of $50.00 for a potential billing that I did not charge to the Visa at the same time. So I need to remove the excess since the customer will settle everything during the next billing.

Is the cancellation procedure different if the excess is made from a registration?

I posted my question on the forum, but I’m not sure if I did it right, because in my messaging it says no messages sent... Maybe I’m not doing it in the right place?

    Thank you!

<i>I asked my question on the forum, but I'm not sure I succeeded, because in my messages it says no messages sent... Maybe I'm not doing it in the right place?</i> <br />* <b>Yes</b>, you succeeded, since you can read it; your messaging is not concerned, it's CCM that plays the role of messaging. <br />* <b>No</b>, you were not in the right place: I transferred your discussion from the Office forum to the Software/Drivers forum. <br />* I asked you if you had a <b>user manual</b> for your software, on paper (<i>Manual</i>) or digital (<i>Built-in Help</i>): you haven't answered yet ... <br />-- <br />It's nice, retirement!
