Billing for uncalled premium-rate phone services

Hello,
I just received my Orange Internet bill today, like every month, where I pay about 30 to 35 Euros for my Livebox. But today it amounts to... 55 Euros, which includes a charge for a 15-minute call to 3629, a premium number for an adult messaging service that I have never called, and for good reason, I didn’t even know this number! I will be charged an additional 20 Euros on my account for a service I never used, what should I do? At Orange, they refuse to listen. Thank you for any information. A+

If not, maybe you should ask your little family??
I had that surprise one day.. and looking at the date, I saw that on that day, my daughter had come home with her friends who must have had a little fun, those little monsters:!!!!!!
The result of the matter: I paid, but I've never left the house again.
