Ouverture de pubs intempestives

Bonjour,

Je rencontre un problème de fenêtres publicitaires qui s'ouvrent de façon intempestive, alors même que mon navigateur n'est pas forcément ouvert.

J'ai nettoyé mon PC avec CCleaner et Spybot (rien trouvé ?!) puis sorti un rapport HijackThis que je vous colle ci_dessous dans l'espoir que vous pourrez m'aider à régler ce problème envahissant.
