Bonsoirs tous le monde, j'ais un gros problème
En voulant lire un email sur hotmail.fr, Mcfee (mon antivirus) a détecté le cheval de troie "JC/Wonka", le nom du fichier est "stats[1].js".
Mon antivirus me dit que je ne peut pas supprimer ce virus.
Ainsi comme il était dit sur ce forum, j'ais installé "HijackThis".
Mais mon erreur est que sans consulté un spécialiste sur le forum, J'ais directement cliqué sur "Do a system scan only", puis j’ais sélectionner la ligne qui ressemblait à peut prés à ça « O14 - IERESET.INF: START_PAGE_URL = ……dell.fr….sans raison valable.

Pour ta 014,
relance hijackthis,
open the misctool section
backups
tu coche la case devant la ligne et restore
tu fermes hijackthis.
Pour ton trojan
Regarde bien et applique ce qui est indiqué en gras .

ewido (gratuit même après la période d’essai)
Téléchargement sur cette page en haut à gauche juste soius FORUM : Le nom a changé (AVG anti spyware, c'est normal)
Cliques sur « update » fais les mise à jour ensuite clique sur « scanner » puis sur « complete scan system ».
Tuto pour la version 4 d’Ewido :

Met le à jour comme indiqué, lance le « delete » (supprime) tout ce qu’il te trouve et copie/colle moi le rapport.

Je voulait rajouter que : Hier soir, juste 1 h apres avoir eu le "Jc/wonka", j'ais voulu faire un scan complet avec Mcfee (mon antivirus) pour le retrouver (juste pour avoir plus d'information sur son emplacement). Mais bizarrement Mcfee n'avait plus rien détecté. Et que A l'heure ou j'écrit ces ligne je suis en train e faire un scan avec le logiciel que tu ma conseillé "AGV anti-spyware"

As tu un point de restauration récent (mais antérieur à la suppression de la 014) et as tu fait beaucoup de modifs depuis .
Pour voir les points de restauration, démarrer, aide et support, annuler les modifs ...., suivant (avec 'restaurer à une date antérieure cochée') et passer le curseur sur les jours antérieurs en gras. Si une date te convient, tu peux essayer de restaurer à cette date et voir si ta 014 est revenue.
Comme l'ordi va redémarrer, il faut attendre la fin du scan AVG.

As tu constaté un mauvais fonctionnement de l'ordi ?
Le scan AVG n'a pas fonctionné : Aucune action entreprise
Relance le? Vérifie que dans 'settings' , tu es réglé sur 'quarantined'. En fin de scan, tu cliques sur 'apply all actions'.

Pour savoir, tu effectues ce scan en ligne.
Mais avant, tu désactives la restauration système : démarrer, aide et support, annuler les modifications ...., paramètres de la restauration système, cocher la case "désactiver ..." puis appliquer. Fermer.
