Sous Win 2000 pb avec Outlook Express: on ne peut envoyer des messages qu'aux personnes dont le serveur de courrier est Wanadoo,pour les autres serveurs on reçoit 1 message d'erreur 554 avec N° 0x800ccc79 et l'envoi est refusé. Le serveur de courrier de cet ordi est Wanadoo. Ci-joint copie du log HijackThis. Merci de votre aide précieuse.

Salut,

Commençe par ça déjà..

Télécharge Fixwareout à partir d'un des deux sites sur ton bureau :
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://swandog46.geekstogo.com/Fixwareout.exe

Lance le fix : clique sur "Next" -> "Install" et assure toi que "Run fixit" est activé puis clique sur "Finish".
Le fix va alors commencer - suis les messages à l'écran.
Il te sera demandé de redémarrer ton ordinateur, fais le.
Ton système mettra un peu plus de temps au démarrage, c'est normal.

Quand ton système aura redémarré, suis les invites des messages. Ensuite, lance HijackThis, puis clique sur “Do a system scan only” et coche ces lignes puis clique sur "Fix checked":

À la fin du fix, tu auras peut-être encore besoin de redémarrer le PC.

Au final, copie/colle le contenu du rapport qui va s'afficher à l'écran (report.txt) avec un nouveau rapport HijackThis.

Merci pour ta réponse rapide
J'ai suivi la procédure, tout s'est bien passé mais après avoir fixé les lignes 017 avec HiJackThis je n'avais plus d'accès aux connexions réseau (l'ordi est en réseau avec 4 autres machines), donc j'ai du faire un restore des annulations de HiJackThis pour retrouver le réseau, ça ne marchait pas avec Winsock fix.

Peut-on tenter autre chose ? Merci d'avance

Merci je verrai çà demain car l'ordi n'est pas chez moi. Ce matin j'ai refais 1 HiJackThis il y avait 10 lignes 017 au lieu de 7 hier.
Je vais les fixer demain avec Hijack puis je lançerais Winsock.exe derrière

pb résolu lignes 017 fixées par HiJackThis puis mise en mode auto des paramètres TCP/IP apparemment les lignes 017 avaient modifiées ces paramètres en imposant 1 DNS bidon ou malveillant . Qu'en penses tu ? En tout cas merci pour tes conseils avisés et ta prompte réponse. Ci-joint le nouveau log HiJack.
