Facebook is too slow Solved/Closed

Hello,  Here is my problem: when I log into Facebook with my account on any browser, it is really too slow. Is there a solution please!!!

Hi, the problem with slow Facebook often comes from an IPv6 issue.

1 --> Go to: Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network and Sharing Center
2 --> Click on your network connection
3 --> Go to Properties
4 --> Go to the "Network Management" tab and disable "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)"
5 --> Click the OK button

Finally, if it still doesn't work, change your DNS and set it to Google's DNS.

Same problem for several days!
I cleared the cache, deleted the cookies from all my browsers, and nothing works... I changed computers, and still the same issue!
Yet, on other accounts, they don't have these slowdowns, I don't understand!

At Free on Mac, Facebook has been lagging for a week (without any change to the box), disabling IPV6 and Facebook is working again. To be continued.

I read the entire page and it turned out that I had the same problem, but the solution wasn't in the IPv6 configuration, so I racked my brains to find the solution... Well, they fried more than once leaving me without Facebook for a month (which isn’t too bad in the end) but! I found out what was wrong 20 minutes ago so I'm sharing (If it can help...). Enough talk, here’s the issue and the solution:

The problem: https pages were loading slowly, and Facebook was completely blocked (unable to go further than the login)

Detection of the problem: it’s so simple that I hadn’t thought of it, my local IP was 192.168.1.97

The solution: Go to the modem (for my part, SFR modem) via the address 192.168.1.1 then "Network > DHCP". In the DHCP server, the last address had the value "100", a simple change of this value to "30" resolved the issue

Ps: My configuration > Linux \ Ubuntu

Indeed sometimes HTTPS doesn't work, especially on Linux-based distributions!

But well, considering the level of people who use Linux, they test everything before posting, so there you go ;)

Hello, Solution: subscriber space free then "my freebox" and "switch to ipv6 protocol" ... restart the freebox and it works ...

in short, it’s the opposite of what is generally said on the internet, you should not disable it on the computer, but rather enable it on the box, through the free settings in the subscriber space ...
