I have an ADSL2+ Wi-Fi router, and a friend told me to access the link 192.186.11, but I can't

do it... please, can someone help me?

      actually you are not connected to a router, but to a simple ADSL modem, since your PC has a PPP connection to the ISP.
      The URL http://192.168.... will therefore never work for you since you don't have a router.
      What exactly did you want to do with that URL?

      If your computer has a Wi-Fi card or an external USB sensor, you should simply need to unplug the Ethernet cable connecting you to your modem, and your computer will then show you the Wi-Fi networks (provided that your Wi-Fi equipment is properly installed and functional).
