Bonjour, je veux quelqu'un qui m'aide c urgent. j'ai un pc portable hp dv6 sous vista bloqué le temps ou j essaie de restaurer.
j appuyer sur la touche F11 ou démarrage la page de restauration ouvre et m'indique que il faut inséré les cd de restauration echap pour annuler et enter pour continue.
apré mon pc bloque je peux pas annuler ni continue et a chaque foi que je veux démarier mon pc il affiche la meme page de restauration et bloque.
je peux que accéder a bios F10

ça marche pas parce que j pas les dvd de restauration et encore je veux récupéré les donnée sur mon disque dure ???

ça marache pas le F8 je peux accéder que a bios F10.
