Hello everyone, I installed Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 on my laptop and it's blocking my online payments! When I try to make a payment, the page shows a certificate issue??

Good evening,
you should have updated your antivirus to 2012, if you have Internet Explorer 9, go to the gear icon, security, and uncheck active x filter. -
I understood why it was blocked; I activated the secure connection for the network, I removed it, and it worked. I was able to pay online.

to update,
type Kaspersky Antivirus 2012, or
Kaspersky Internet Security 2012.. (note the latest version) it's written.
Download and put it on the desktop,
put the PC to sleep, disconnect from the internet,
wake it up, uninstall the antivirus,
put it to sleep again, reconnect, and install the antivirus and update the bases.
((note)) you must have your activation number on hand, composed of,
xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
you can also get help from Kaspersky support which is on your current antivirus. -
I had forgotten, for the uninstallation, do not go through the control panel, but go through start, all programs, Kaspersky has its uninstaller, then run CCleaner to clean up.
