I no longer receive messages from leboncoin.fr

Question

Hello everyone. I regularly visit leboncoin to look at advertisements. A few months ago, I used to send a lot of emails per day to individuals because I was interested in their products.

Now, when I send emails to individuals (I have to send 3 per day, so very few), I no longer receive any responses, and it can't just be a coincidence. I have the impression, even though it seems impossible, that leboncoin thinks I am a spammer and is blocking my messages.

However, I had put a product for sale a while ago and I did receive a confirmation email and everything. So my address is valid.

I need your help or advice because it would really cause me problems if I had to use another address for leboncoin.

It's already not the PC because I tried with several PCs.  What’s strange is that I do receive the emails when I send a message to an individual and check: receive a copy of this email.

Good evening,

Even though very few sellers respond to the emails they receive for this or that reason, still send a message to Leboncoin to check with them if they have blocked you somewhere or not (which I would be surprised about, but still...)

Then you can delete all cookies related to Leboncoin in your browser. Restart your PC and possibly send yourself a message via Leboncoin from one of your ads to another email address to see what happens!

Exactly the same problem, and given the number of messages I send, it's not that very few sellers respond to messages. I really think they don't receive them. It's very problematic.
I tried to send myself a message on an ad I have ongoing, I received the delivery receipt, but never the message...

My problem is evolving but in the wrong direction.

I looked for some answers online. I changed my email address, but it still doesn't work. I tried with a Hotmail, a Gmail, and an Orange address, but with no result.

And the further issue is that I no longer receive emails when I send an email to an advertiser and check: "send me a copy"

I have the same problem! So, I think it's either a general issue related to the site leboncoin.fr (I am Italian and I absolutely need to use this site to look for a studio in France)

After a big outburst, leboncoin asked me for my IP and lots of other things.

And it seems to be getting a little better. But I can't say for now if everything is working well.

So I advise you, giacomo85, to send an email to leboncoin. Don't be too nice, otherwise they will respond with some nonsense that won't solve anything.
