Green line issue with webcam.

Hello,

So here it is, my camera is bugging. It shows "green lines". My camera is brand new from yesterday (my old webcam already did this). I have to restart the PC for the camera to work (it works one time out of two). So I think it must come from the PC, since the camera is completely new...

    I found a driver for my webcam by doing a detection. I downloaded it, but it didn't change anything :x
