Hello,
I'm trying to open my laptop and I can't figure out how. There's nothing indicated in the manual. I tried to slide, push, pull, lift—basically nothing... Could you help me ????

    With a 4mm screwdriver, pry and lift the bottom shell.
    While keeping the shell raised, insert a small 2.5mm screwdriver on the side and pry at several points around the perimeter of the shell.
    In this way, it comes apart very well without being damaged.

      Hello I find this little phone very nice it is very complete with 2 exceptions: no decent documentation on the Internet at 17.70 € with no guarantee of content no contact synchronization, you basically have to enter everything by hand unless you’re clever and transfer your contacts to a SIM card (even if it’s no longer active) and then read it again with the ProZ 023. Easy and convenient. If someone has complete docs... I’m in Thank you Looping ;)

    Hello,

    I also bought this phone and I have a little problem with it.
    Indeed, in my inbox, messages are displayed with the phone numbers of my contacts and not their names in the directory. And since I don’t know all my contacts by heart, I don’t know who is sending me messages!
    Do you know if there is a way to display contact names for SMS?

      For contacts, simply add the country code to your numbers (at least it works for me). If Truc's number is 06 12 34 56 78 you should enter: 0033 6 12 34 56 78 ... it’s long but effective.

      Also, if anyone knows how to get to the voicemail (at Free, apparently it’s 666 but I can’t connect) and what the little icon in the top right does: RM with a small 1 next to it... I’m all ears! Thanks!

      Hi, for the names that don’t display, it’s because in your directory you don’t have a prefix (e.g., 06 55 48 02), whereas when someone sends a message the prefix (+33) automatically appears. So to have the names display, you must put the numbers with my prefixes in front; otherwise the phone won’t recognize the number. (For me it worked) Julie

    Hi everyone

    I have this phone with a Free Mobile plan at 2€

    sms sending and receiving OK
    call receiving OK
    making a call OK

    the only thing I can't do is read an MMS or send an MMS but I think it's related to the plan and not a phone problem

    phone is very nice, however the French keyboard is incomplete, notably missing the circumflex accent, the m is next to the n and not next to the L.....

      This is normal, I have exactly the same plan as you. We only have unlimited texts and two hours of calls. As for MMS, our plan does not include that option.

      Normally you have the Polaroid number in your booklet and either you give it to them or, for the people from Caen, you have to go to a shop on Avenue du 6 Juin called PCM because I don’t know about the others.

    It suffices to put a knife in the bottom slot and lever. As for me, I have this phone with a Free 2-euro plan and I can send and receive text messages and receive calls, but it is impossible to place a call (connection impossible). The support tells me that it is not compatible with the SIM card. Do you have the same problem?
