Opening a PDF document

Hello,

Hello, I can't open a PDF document. I'm getting a message saying "Unable to open the attached file in Acrobat because your PDF attachment settings prohibit the opening of this type of file." Can someone please tell me how to fix this? Thank you.

    Hello;
