Video broadcasting with a webTV

Hello,

A few years ago I managed to find a site that allowed me to broadcast videos (.avi, .mp4, etc.) via a WebTV.

Unfortunately, I can't find it anymore.
Do you have any similar sites (no webcam streaming, I'm not interested in that.)

    What exactly do you mean by webtv? Wouldn't a hosting platform (like Vimeo, YouTube, Dailymotion, etc.) be sufficient?

      No, it would rather be to stream movies in the evening (personal movies, of course) for friends, or YouTube series episodes, etc.
