Bonjour,
J'ai été obligé de formater mon ordi il y a quelques jours et depuis c'est de pire en pire!!!! J'y connais vraiment pas grand chose mais j'ai vu qu'apparament laplupart des problemes peuvent se regler a partir 'dun scan hijackthis. Donc, un téléchargement et le voila! Que dois-je faire????

bonjour au faite j'ai un gros souci, y a un message d'erreur en anglais qui s'affiche tout les 2 minutes et qui me dit que mon ordinateur a un virus en et sa me donne une adresse internet sur laquel je dois aller pour pouvoir enlever ce virus , enfin bon je sens bien que se site est de mèche avec ces messages qui m' harcèle ^^ en+ de cela y a windows live qui me force la main en se mettant en page de démarrage , j'ai essayer de regarder brèvement les messages sur le forum pour pouvoir analyser mon rapport j'ai meme chercher a quoi correspondaient chaque prog quasiment mais bon rien n'y fait ... si quelqu'un pouvait me filer un coup de main sa serait le bien venue :-) pcq c'est le pc de toute la famille et comment dire ce harcèlement de messages anglais nous rend nerveux ( j'ai meme essayé la restauration système qui avait enlevé de nombreuse toolbar mais la sa n'a pas marché :-( ) merci d'avoir lu tout sa. ( et aussi lol je sais j'en demande beaucoup est-ce que vous savez pourquoi mon écran fait des trait a chaque foi que je descend dans un menu déroulant voila .....) en éspérant que l'on m'aidera a sauver cette ordinateur cancéreux ^^

Télécharge Blacklight (de F-Secure) a l’une des 2 adresses :
https://www.f-secure.com/en
https://www.f-secure.com/en
et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau.
Double-clique blbeta.exe et accepte la licence ; laisse [X]scan through Windows Explorer activé ; clique Scan puis Next
Tu verras une liste de fichiers détectés apparaître. Tu verras également un rapport, sur ton Bureau, nommé fsbl.xxxxxxx.log (les xxxxxxx sont des chiffres).
Copie et colle le contenu de ce rapport dans ta prochaine réponse
