écran bleu & rebootage même après reformatage

Bonjour,

Depuis quelques temps mon PC portable s'éteint subitement et se reboot. Cela peut arriver à n'importe quel moment, après 5 min d'utilisation comme après 4h. J'ai vérifié l'alimentation, la surchauffe de mon ordi, les logiciels installés, les virus... et en désespoir de cause j'ai même reformaté l'ordinateur et j'ai réinstallé Windows 7. Mais voilà, 48h plus tard j'ai à nouveau eu un écran bleu avec le message suivant :
