Accentuation XHTML !

Bonjour,

j'arrive pas a afficher les accents correctement ...
exemple : au lieu d'afficher "Création / Gestion : Gabriel G. | Copyright © 2011 - Tous droits réservés" sa afficher "Cr?ation / Gestion : Gabriel G. | Copyright ? 2011 - Tous droits r?serv?s".

j'ai pourtant bien mes "<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Strict//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-strict.dtd">
<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml" xml:lang="fr" lang="fr" dir="ltr">

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />

Salut, 

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8" />
Et ton fichier est encodé en ISO-8859-1 (ou semblable).

1) Soit tu remplaces « utf-8 » par « iso-8859-1 »
2) Ou tu réenregistres le fichier en UTF-8 (Unicode)
