Bonjour,

j'ai un gros problème avec msn. Depuis hier j'envoie des messages instantanés en anglais alors que je ne suis pas connectée ! de plus cela change la photo de mon profil avec des photos pornographique et apparement une personne de mes contacts l'a chopé également !!! j'ai essayé plusieurs anti virus mais ça revient toujours ! que faire ???

Bonsoir

* Télécharge et installe : Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware
* A la fin de l'installation, veille à ce que l'option « mettre a jour Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware » soit cochée
* Lance MBAM et laisse les Mises à jour se télécharger (sinon fais les manuellement au lancement du programme)
* Puis va dans l'onglet "Recherche", coche "Exécuter un examen complet" puis "Rechercher"
* Sélectionne tes disques durs" puis clique sur "Lancer l'examen"
* A la fin du scan, clique sur Afficher les résultats
* Coche tous les éléments détectés puis clique sur Supprimer la sélection
* Enregistre le rapport
* S'il t'est demandé de redémarrer, clique sur Yes
* Poste le rapport de scan après la suppression ici.(poste le rapport, même si rien n'est détecté.)

j'ai le même problème que Dédé, après 2 scans j'ai suivi votre conseil et le virus est toujours la. Voici le rapport:

Bonsoir,

Eh bien avant d'avoir reçu la 1ère réponse j'ai téléchargé spyware fighter qui m' détecté le virus sous le nom de trojan ! et depuis plus rien ! pourvu que ça dure ! mais j'ai donné l'info à mon amie qui l'a chopé mais elle apparemment il ne lui trouve pas !!?
