Besoin verdict pour HijackThis

Bonjour,

J'ai eu de gros probleme avec plusieurs virus et spywares je crois... (System Fix en autre) Et là, j'ai un probleme avec mon Google. On me renvoit constament sur des sites de pubs et je crois avoir encore des trucs louches ds mon ordi.

Alors j'ai fait un scan avec hijackthis et j'aurais besoin d'aide pour la suite...
