Missing a part of a hard drive partition

Hello,
I am running Vista, with a 230GB hard drive, originally partitioned into three: 7GB (config esia), 45GB C:/ (system), and 175GB D:/ (data).
I tried to rebalance C and D with Parted Magic, D:/ is now correctly 120GB, but the properties of C:/ still show only 45GB (as before), while storage management and Parted Magic see it as 100GB.

I am looking for help to understand and recover the lost space.
Thank you in advance.

P.S.: I have already run two CHKDSK and several restarts in normal mode.

    Hi,

take a screenshot of the disk management to see the layout up close, then upload your image to an image hosting site and paste the link here.

You can also use Diskpart > Start/Run cmd > diskpart then the command list volume, after copy/pasting it here. By clicking on the little c:\ in the top left and going to > Edit > Select All, then go back to Select All and Copy.

Everything is correct, there is nothing abnormal as you can see.

Only one error according to the screenshot above, it correctly shows 47Go while above it shows 117Go. I think this error can be fixed in regedit.

    Three partitions: > 7.8Go EISA < - > 107Go C: < - > 117Go D:<

Do you have a process for modifying this in regedit, which keys to modify if that is what needs to be done, or something else.....?

    thank you in advance

I don't have anything at the moment,

You used PartedMagic to modify the volumes, so apparently it's responsible for this error.

Install EaseUS Partition Master Free to see if it views the volume sizes differently.
