Hello
I want to clarify that I am not very technically skilled and I therefore need your help, please! Thank you in advance.
I would like to connect to the ANPE website and access their "unidialog" service that allows updating a file. Until now, I accessed this service without any problems. Since yesterday, I have been getting the following message:
"You have attempted to establish a connection with 'unidialog.assedic.org'. However, the security certificate presented belongs to 'actu.assedic.fr'. It is possible, though unlikely, that someone is attempting to intercept your communications with this website.
If you believe that the certificate presented does not belong to 'unidialog.assedic.org', please abandon the connection and notify the site's administration.
Here is what it says. The next page is "the page is not found."
What should I do, I am lost? Thank you for your advice
See you soon
Marie

Check your time and date often; you have connection issues if your date or time is not set correctly.
Hello, I have the same issue as you regarding the certificate. You mentioned changing the date and time, but I double-click on my clock and it's set to today's date, 11/3/2011, 11:30 AM, which is the correct date. I don't understand why I need to change the time. I opened the certificate to read it, and it says "certificate valid, valid until 11/12/2012." So I don't understand when you say to change the time and update your date and time. Thank you for your explanation.
3 months later...
This error is classic but insignificant. Technically, there is NO problem.
You should know that we can secure the transmission of data (web pages, emails) by encrypting this data so that it cannot be intercepted. For this, a server certificate is required.
Ideally, we should have one certificate per domain (howstuffworks.net, letemps.ch, etc.) (or a * possibly), and this certificate should be signed by a recognized authority.
But as long as there is a certificate, it's fine, the exchanges are secure.
So webmasters don't want to pay €300 a year (that's the price) for a properly signed certificate when there is no security gain. The only advantage being that "novices" don't panic due to a warning message.
However, for the internet user, this message is not a fate. If you regularly visit a site that displays this message, it is worth doing the manipulation to stop it from showing. In Firefox:
“Firefox Preferences” => “Advanced” => Encryption => Show Certificates => Websites => (You select the website in question) => Edit => “Trust this site” => Edit the CA Level => (Check everything) => OK => OK
Done.
No more message, and there you go!
FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT READ ME: just remember that this message is insignificant and comes only from the site, not from you.

Hello, I have this problem with Google Chrome too, how do I fix it?
Please help me...
When I enter the URL: http://www.facebook.com
It gives me:
The site's security certificate is not yet valid!
You attempted to access the domain www.facebook.com, but the server presented a certificate that is not yet valid. There is no information indicating that this certificate is trustworthy. Google Chrome cannot guarantee that you are communicating with www.facebook.com and not with a hacker. Your computer's clock currently indicates that it is Monday, January 1, 2001, 00:04:16. Is this correct? If not, please correct any errors, then refresh this page.
It is impossible to continue, as the website operator requires enhanced security for this domain.
---
So what is the solution?

Hello everyone,
Here’s what happened to me a few days ago.
Every time I wanted to go to a secure site like CPAM, social security, bank, pension fund, etc., as well as on MSN Messenger, a window would appear with an exclamation mark in a yellow triangle telling me that the security certificate had expired or was not yet validated.
And I couldn't connect to the site.
In the end, I realized that my clock was showing the date of 19/08/2005, which was strange, so I set my clock to the correct date and since then everything has been fine and back to normal.
I was told that I needed to change the battery on my motherboard, which was most likely responsible for this malfunction.
I got one, but I was told to replace it with the PC off, which is normal, but especially not to start Windows before setting the correct date with this new battery, by doing setup??
And I don’t understand this part, could someone describe in detail the steps to follow so that I won’t have any issues later?
Thanks in advance to anyone who can explain this to me well.
Have a good evening and good surfing.

Same window with the same alert message... but for LIVE MESSENGER 2009!!! (with "live plus!" plugin)
It offers me either to say:
- "yes" directly to the question "do you want to continue".
- "show certificate"... which I do, and then it proposes to install it, which it supposedly does without any problem, and then selects yes to the same previous question "do you want to continue".
- "no"
It should be noted that leaving the alert window open without choosing any of the options does not prevent me from using Live Messenger. And choosing any option doesn't help me since the alert comes back every time I open Live Messenger.
It's not a big deal since it doesn't block me. It's just that I'd like to resolve a problem that shouldn't exist. So if you have a solution to prevent this alert message from coming back every time I open Live Messenger: let me know!

hi hi ^^
well, for you to do your process:
you need to log into your account http://www.assedic.fr with: your personal number / your secret code / and your postal code ^^
then ...
well, you'll get to your page .... look carefully, it should say "I update my situation"
there you go ^^

I haven't been able to connect to MSN since today, and on the internet, I keep being told about the security certificate. I've done everything,
with Java, with MSN, remade the security certificate, but still nothing
I can't take it anymore and I wanted to know if anyone knew how to fix it because I’m really lost right now.
Thank you for your understanding.

I have exactly the same problem as Jean-Noël. I've had this for a week; I've checked my firewall and it doesn't block MSN, but I can't access it. So, I uninstalled MSN thinking I could reinstall it, and now it won't reinstall, giving me an installation failure message. Additionally, I can no longer open my attachments on Hotmail. What should I do?
Send a message to ANPE explaining your problem. Here is the address: https://www.pole-emploi.fr/accueil/

Hello everyone, Titi, I have the same problem as you. When I try to access the site assedic.fr, a security alert tells me that "The information you exchange with this site cannot be viewed or modified by other users. However, a problem regarding the security certificate of this site has been detected." Then it tells me that "The security certificate was issued by a company you have not chosen to trust. Check the certificate to decide if you wish to trust the certification authority." Then when I display the certificate, I am told that it is impossible to verify this certificate with a trusted Certification Authority. Finally, I am asked to install the certificate; should I install it or ignore this alert and continue on the site assedic.fr? Or is there another way? I hope you have a solution. Thank you all in advance.
