1/ with subscriptions if you have your own site with private content or purchased from content vendors,

For example, I took affiliations with 5 well-known partners and haven’t seen any returns in the last 2 months, even though the content is quite good and the site started off well according to Gefi.
3/ The best option is to be at the forefront, either being a photographer or webmaster with models, and then you have to make yourself known through site affiliations like CCBill or others, ads, etc.
P.S. You also need to ensure that the content complies with the laws of your country with the required warnings, as well as have a host that accepts your content. You have some addresses for that above.

OVH.com has a plan like that but it's quite expensive; otherwise, the bandwidth is very good and it's serious from a well-known company. As for the X, you will have little chance to do it elsewhere legally. For your information, it's the XXL plan.

I'm joining this post to share my personal tips: first of all, 1and1 does not accept porn sites and will even fine you, see article 9.2 of their terms and conditions. As for Coeur-Internet, which is the host of this site welcome-site, by typing in a wois, we see that it is hosted by them, so I think it's a subcontractor (I can't remember the exact term for this kind of thing). Similarly, their content was prohibited or at least it was 6 months ago, also check their terms and conditions. For OVH, well, that's heavy hosting on dedicated servers for these XXL sites, yes it's big but expensive. I found my solution with Hebergeur-Discount, which has the Gold plan with 16GB of shared hosting (around 130 euros a year with a domain name) and options for dedicated servers for those needing more, which doesn’t pose problems for my site apart from a limitation on the number of files, but it’s possible to work something out, and they have a very good, quick, and serious hotline. Otherwise, there’s also hosteur.com that claims to accept this content, but it's worth checking as they have limited or more space.
These are my findings; I hope they can help as it will be a step forward in the vastness of research to be done for a site like this. Additionally, I recommend a disclaimer, and for my part, I use the AK14.

After checking with them, it turns out that in their T&Cs, they accept erotic sites (phew, my sites will remain there lol) but only on their dedicated package (Pink Pack).

Regarding your sites, unless there’s a specific clause in your hosting contract, you can change them whenever you want. However, the amounts paid to your current host will be lost. I was also with 1&1 and left because of their restrictions on the number of hits and bandwidth. I was tired of checking the used quota every week to avoid any unpleasant surprises on the bill. Plus, how can you verify that you’ve consumed that much bandwidth with certainty? So, when I came across welcome-site, I didn't hesitate.
To answer your other question, at my host, there are no hit limits or monthly bandwidth restrictions. Whether you get 1 or 1 million visits a day (dreamy, right? lol), you won’t have to pay any extra fees.

Because many, even Hostgator, are limited to 50,000 files per site, which would amount to 3 GB out of 330 GB of hosting for me, a lot of wasted space. Others like Hosteur have limits from 20,000 to 50,000 files, and my site-building tool consumes a lot of files since, in addition, it's for hosting TGPs of my affiliates (I want to create a TGP portal) without having to take a dedicated server that's too expensive for me.
For your information, what do you use for your photo galleries to present them in TGP style with thumbnails and large photos? Because I haven't found anything really simple, and coding isn't yet my cup of tea ;) Thanks for your help and advice, and good luck with your next site.
