Schaub Lorenz TV no signal

Hello,
I just bought a Schaub Lorenz LED TV (model LD22-231DB) and I'm unable to receive the TV/TNT channels:
- by default, the message "no signal" is displayed
- in the TNT menu (before and after automatic search), the message "empty database" is displayed.
Yet, an indoor antenna is connected (and properly connected)...
The user manual does not provide an answer.

I have exactly the same problem as described above... except that my TV was working perfectly until yesterday... and today, no matter how many times I try the automatic channel search, I always get the message "empty database", and not "signal issue", which would be the case if I had an antenna problem.
I read somewhere that I need to do a "reset", but I don't have a "reset" button on my TV, and I don't know if that would be the solution to my problem anyway...
