[Virus] Infecté par Trojan Gen

Bonjour à tous,

Je suis désolé de vous déranger mais j'ai attrapé un virus sur mon portable HP connecté en Wifi et je n'arrive pas trop à m'en débarasser...A priori, je crois que c'est un trojan gen...J'avais Avast et Ewido activé quand c'est arrivé.

    Bonjour,

    telecharge SmitfraudFix

    http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip
    Exécute le, Double click sur Smitfraudfix.cmd choisit l’option 1, il va générer un rapport
    Copie/colle le sur le poste stp.

    Ensuite
    Démarre en mode sans échec :
    Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter
    Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
    Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
    (Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Relance le programme Smitfraud,
    Cette fois choisit l’option 2, répond oui a toutes les questions.
    Sauvegarde le rapport, Redémarre en mode normal, copie/colle le rapport sauvegardé sur le forum

    Relance hijackthis et colle un nouveau log ici.

    Desinstalle par panneau de configuration puis Ajout/suppression de programme : SurfSideKick

    puis refait un hijackthis.

      Désolé de vous embeter mais je ne m'en sors toujours pas...
      Impossible de désinstaller surfside kick puisqu'il n'apparait pas dans les differents programmes dans Ajout/suppression de programme ...

    ben, je suis désolé, mais ce n'est pas le cas.

    Quand le bloc-note s'ouvre, fait Edition puis Selectionner tout et Edition puis Copier

    et colle le rapport cette fois çi complet sur le forum.

    Ne desepère pas tu vas y arriver.

    Bonsoir,

    Démarre en mode sans échec :
    Pour cela, tu tapotes la touche F8 dès le début de l’allumage du pc sans t’arrêter
    Une fenêtre va s’ouvrir tu te déplaces avec les flèches du clavier sur démarrer en mode sans échec puis tape entrée.
    Une fois sur le bureau s’il n’y a pas toutes les couleurs et autres c’est normal !
    (Si F8 ne marche pas utilise la touche F5).
    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
    Ouvre ewido et clic sur l'onglet Settings, pour How to Act sélèctionne Quarantine.
    Clique sur scanner puis sur scan complet du système.
    A la fin cliquer sur Apply all actions
    Puis sur Save report et pour finir Save report as enregistrer sur le Bureau.

    redemarre en mode normal et post le rapport ewido ainsi qu'un hijackthis.

    Bonsoir Tibo,

    Ouvre ewido et clic sur l'onglet Settings, pour How to Act sélèctionne Quarantine.
    Clique sur scanner puis sur scan complet du système.
    A la fin cliquer sur Apply all actions
    Puis sur Save report et pour finir Save report as enregistrer sur le Bureau.

    Coller le rapport dans votre prochaine réponse.

    puis refait un hijackthis.
