LG Flatron IPS 236 Screen Power Issue

Hello,
I just acquired two superb brand new LG Flatron IPS 236 screens. Just before these screens, my computer was working with a Philips and an HP, super happy I plugged in the DVI, turned on my PC and! " DVI-D power saving mode " well, I reinstall everything (when I say everything, I also mean Windows!)
still nothing. Then, after a certain time and through a good ten random manipulations, I managed to get one then two screens working in VGA (the DVI still not working). Well, I think never mind, I’ll stay in VGA for the moment, I install Photoshop, I reboot and my screens stay black but to please myself the message has changed and displays D-Sub power saving mode. I test with an HP in DVI having the same format and size (23") and the HP screen works, so the problem is not with the graphics card!
LG has driven me to despair; if anyone knows how to solve my problem.
I tested on another computer with Intel and my screen works in DVI, but on this tower, nothing. I just managed to turn one back on in VGA by making it the main screen, but the second tells me power management if I try in VGA and power saving mode in DVI.
My configuration
Windows XP 32 bit Center Edition 2005
Asrock 890GM-Pro 3
2*2GB of Gskill DDR3 RAM
Caviar Blue 500GB hard drive
AMD ATI Radeon 5750 or 5770 graphics card, I'm in doubt
500W power supply
AMD Phenom II X4 955 processor.

It seems that when I start my computer, my graphics card doesn't send any information to my screen, and as a result, they go to sleep. I just managed to connect a screen via DVI by plugging it into the DVI port used by my HP screen without turning off the computer, but after restarting the PC, once again neither screen receives a signal. It appears that if I boot with screens other than the LG ones, then replace them once booted, it works. Conclusion: I have to leave my PC on 24/7...
Help if anyone has a solution.

So, for those who might have the same problem as me, after two days of intense battles, I just solved the issue. To do this, you need a DVI screen other than this crappy LG screen.
Boot your PC with the DVI. Once booted correctly and on the Windows desktop, turn off your screen and plug your LG into the DVI port that was on the other screen. The LG will turn on, go into the menu, and press input. The screen will go black before refreshing Windows, and there you can restart without your screen displaying any error messages!
Isn't life beautiful? Simply put, never buy LG!

I bought an LG IPS225 monitor and an HP CPU the same day. I set everything up correctly, turn on the CPU, and it works perfectly. I turn on the monitor, but there's no image (black screen). I check the connections, but there's still nothing!
I have to put the computer to sleep and then wake it up for the image to appear on the screen!! It's incomprehensible!
If someone can help me, thank you in advance!!

    Good evening

After browsing about twenty forums, I still haven't found a solution to my problem

I have an LG Flatron W2353V monitor that was working perfectly until yesterday.
When I turned on the monitor last night, I got the message "DVI Power saving mode"

I then tried changing ports on my GPU, changing the DVI cable... but still the same problem. My GPU is a Radeon 5870, which has 9 Mini Display ports and I tested all of them. I also tried changing the DVI/Mini Display adapter and nothing changed.

I then tried connecting it to the VGA port and miraculously the monitor works perfectly!!!
I am therefore certain that my PC is fine and that my components are not defective.

Does anyone have a solution so I can switch back to DVI??

PS: All drivers are up to date!

    Thank you in advance :)
    Have a good evening!
