[hijackthis] Problème internet

Bonjour,
j'ai un problème avec mon pc portable :
impossible d'accéder à internet

Dans l'état de ma connexion wifi j'ai bien des paquets qui transitent entre mon pc et ma box mais aucune page web ne peut être affichée (ping ok (100% recus), etat ok)

Il y a peut j'ai désinstaller i tune qui fonctionnait plus.
Aussi j'ai été victime de l'Adware.ClickPotato ainsi que l'Adware.Softomate (il y a pas mal de fichiers qui on étés supprimés grâce à MBAM).

Le rapport hijackthis montre que pas mal de choses sont absentes de mon système, c'est quasiment que des fichiers qui servent à la connexion réseau ...

J'ai un scan GMER en court ainsi qu'un scan total de MBAM
