[Trojan Dowloader] Win Antivirus Pro 2006

Bonjour à tous!
Voilà, depuis quelques temps, j'ai un léger problème concernant mon ordinateur. Il marche niquel mais seulement, j'ai remarqué un Trojan dans mes temporary internet files nommé Trojan.Downloader.Winfixer.O dans le fichier "WinAntivirusPro2006FreeInstall". Ayant fait quelques recherches, j'ai remarqué la possibilité de ce fichier à être un spyware. Inquiet, j'ai scanné avec Spybot. Quelques cookies traceurs trouvés, rien en rapport avec ce problème. Au cours de mes recherches, beaucoup de monde avait ce Win Antivirus Pro d'installé sur leur PC. Pas moi. J'ai simplement ce satané fichier qui me revient à chaque redémarrage même après une purge de mon cache internet et detecté par Bitdefender comme un TROJAN DOWNLOADER.
Est-ce sa capacité "downloader" qui fait qu'il revient à chaque fois ou est-ce quelque chose qui le fait revenir à chaque fois? Que puis-je faire? J'ai déjà essayé une restauration du système à un jour précédent mais en vain.

J'aimerai si possible et si tu es d'accord tester quelques chose avec toi, si tu ne veux pas dit le moi, si pour voir si la marche à suivre permet d'eliminer cet saloprie.

Redemarrer en mode sans echec, supprimer tout ce que trouves les logiciels et enregistrer les rapports!
MODE SANS ECHEC:
*dès l'allumage de celui-ci tapote la touche f8, à l'écran qui va apparaitre choisis "mode sans echec" attends un peu..
Spycatcher mettre les fichiers sur "quarantaine"
CounterSpy meme chose ou supprimer
Ad-aware supprimer
Redemarrer en mode normal, poster les rapports sur le forum.
Scan en ligne
Panda -> http://pandasoftware.fr
sauvegarde le rapport et colle le ici stp
