Hisense Remote Control and TV

Hello;
I have a Hisense remote control for my TV which was working, and suddenly it stopped. I changed the batteries and it works, but it won’t connect to my TV. What can I do? Thanks in advance!

    Oh so once the batteries are dead, the remote control "resets" lol great product!

    Well, the only solution is to redo the initial setup with batteries that are fully charged if possible!!!
