Hello
The ideal in a case like yours is to get "fanless" devices, meaning the components won't heat up even without ventilation. But this is neither possible in a hot country nor if your machines are too powerful.
Then, all the openings that allow air into the computer should be protected by a filter, or even a nylon stocking (then increase the speed of the fan so that cooling remains sufficient). One can check by passing a cigarette near a case to see if air is trying to enter through an unprotected airflow hole.
The ideal solution, of course, is to replace the fans with a liquid cooling system (watercooling).
See you later

THANK YOU for your quick response, but for the tarpaulins, I tried them but they are not sufficient, and where can we get the water cooling? I also wanted to know if there are products that protect machines against sea spray. Thank you again.

Hello
Watercooling kits can be found in any good computer hardware store. If you're not comfortable with their installation, most technicians in computer assembly shops can install them for you. Otherwise, there are several excellent websites on watercooling. This tutorial is well done:

As for sea breeze and corrosion caused by salt in extreme conditions, I can’t say for sure, but it’s certain that a system not equipped with a fan (and therefore not drawing air in) will be less prone to wear. Personally, I don’t know of a really effective system other than enclosing the machines in airtight rooms where the air is well filtered. Sorry! -

Yes! Of course! Several Senegalese computer builders and repairers are capable of performing miracles with recycled materials. For them, it's child's play to find bits of pipes, an old pump, and recycle the gas from a fridge that has given up the ghost to create a perfectly acceptable cooling system: the industrial finish may not be there, but the principles remain the same. An idea, a general plan, and resourcefulness is all it takes.
And in Dakar, there are plenty of computer shops, even some that sell new equipment. It's not the bush but a port city of 3 million inhabitants.
