Very bad experience for me
My elderly mother couldn't go out for over a month due to a breakdown of her brand new electric wheelchair!
It was impossible to reach them by phone, so I had to call an intermediary.
They denied having received several emails.
They doubted my word; for them, it was an imaginary breakdown. In the end, I found a transporter and sent the wheelchair back for 1500 euros.
I am waiting for a refund....
I ordered a massage table on Monday, 01/12/2014 at 2:00 PM, and I received an email at 4:30 PM confirming the order.
The next day, I received an email saying that the package was leaving their warehouse with the name of the carrier and a link allowing me to track the journey.
On this link, I was able to see the carrier's pickup, the stopover in Barcelona, the arrival on French territory, and finally the arrival at their depot in Vittroles at 9:00 AM on 04/12.
In the afternoon at 4:00 PM, I was delivered, the equipment was super well packaged and in perfect condition. Honestly, I recommend it, nothing to complain about.
I ordered a sitting massage chair. The quality is below average... one adjustment remote broke, making the product unusable. Despite following the protocol via email with the so-called customer service, nothing is progressing and no one is getting back to me. Not a serious website and a disappointing product!
A bunch of scammers and real liars! It's October 20th, and I'm still waiting for my order placed on September 9th where it was stated "In stock, Delivery within 3 to 5 days". I called 3 weeks later and was told that the product was not in stock and would be available from October 5th. I called back on the 8th, and was told that the product would finally be in stock on the 20th!! So I asked if it was possible to replace the missing product with another one. I was told yes, so I changed the product, and the customer service confirmed that it was in stock. I confirmed my order and made the additional payment since the product was more expensive than the one I initially ordered. Five days later, I checked if my order had shipped and was told that the product was no longer in stock!!! The customer service is also very good at making you feel like it's your fault! What a big joke!!
This company is not reputable. I ordered a massage table on 08/04/2021 and I still haven't received it. Moreover, they are unreachable. Honestly, I regret my purchase and I strongly advise against ordering from this site.
The site with reviews seems great.
I bought 2 massage tables from them in 2022.
Horrible quality, the fabric tore in several places very quickly, after 6 months.
And yesterday, a metal cable snapped when a client was sitting on it. More scared than hurt, but this table is 2 and a half years old, it's nothing!
Compared to my other purchases from different brands, which lasted 8 years without any tearing of the faux leather for the same purchase price, I will never buy from this brand again.
And it's impossible to leave a review on their site.... strange, where do their online reviews come from then?
I realize that the table is guaranteed for 1 year for non-professionals and 2 for professionals, I should have complained sooner... But since their after-sales service seems to not follow up....
Anyway, equipment claimed to be professional, sturdy etc... And that is really not the case.
