Pages internet de publicités s'ouvrant seules

Bonjour,
j'ai un probleme de pages internet qui s'ouvrent toutes seules. j'ai essayé un simple cleaner mais ca n'a pas marché. j'ai donc lancé une analyse hijackthis, voici le résultat, je ne sais pas trop quoi en faire.
