Hello,
I would like to know how to change the holder of the contract with FRee.
My friend and I are separating and I would like to take over the contract in my name.

    It should be noted that the change of the account holder's name on a free contract occurs only in three cases: death, marriage, or divorce.

      You need to write a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to "free service abonnés, 75371 Paris cedex O8" and include an explanatory letter, a photocopy of your ID, a proof of residence, and a photocopy of the judgment.
      And there you go... then you'll receive updates by email, and you can change your identifier by logging onto the internet. No change of free box is required for a change of ownership.
