Not recognized as an internal or external command

Hello,

I installed Febooti for sending messages and I would like to use it from the command prompt. When I type the command Febooti, it informs me that this command is not recognized as an internal command.

Please, how do I do this? Do I need to add the PATH? If so, how do I do that?

    Put the full path of the program, or navigate to the folder that contains it: 
    cd C:\Program Files\... febooti.exe
