How to recover my account on Second Life

Hello,
I had a sim on SL, with a very well-stocked inventory, and I was renting this sim to a friend.
He engaged in fraudulent activities, which led to the sim being reclaimed and both his account and mine being blocked by Linden Labs. Personally, I was not aware of what this tenant was doing on my sim, and I am not responsible for this whole situation.
How can I recover my avatar and my account?
Is there a viewer for this? I heard that there might be one.
Thank you for your help.

"I am not responsible for any of this story."
    Who says that?

Read the terms of service again...
You are responsible for the actions taken with your account, even if you lend it to someone.

Worse, I doubt that renting (making money) is allowed...
So if you want a solution, you need to contact the Second Life support service and explain the situation to them.

Knowing that if renting is indeed prohibited, it could lead to legal action against you.

    Thank you for the response,
But as the owner of the sim, and like all owners, I am allowed to subdivide the sim into parcels that are rented out.
This is not illegal; otherwise, how could avatars place a house and live there virtually, of course.
My sim was therefore rented out in its entirety instead of being subdivided, and this tenant must have committed some wrongdoing that has come back to haunt me, despite my non-participation and especially without me knowing the content.
