Problème d'installation XP Virtual PC

Bonjour,
J'essaie tant bien que mal d'installer XP Virtual PC sur mon windows 7 pro 64 bits. J'ai suivi tout le tuto d'installation du site: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows?ui=en-US&rs=en-001&ad=US

J'accepte la licence, je mets un mot de passe, et quand j'appuis sur installation j'ai le message erreur suivant:

J'ai réintaller XP virtual PC selon la marche a suivre. Maintenant j'ai une fenètre bleue après avoir appuyé sur installer.Ma configuration: 

Système d'exploitation Windows 7 (x64) (build 7600)
