Probleme de ralentissement

Bonjour,


A chaque démarrage mon pc affiche un message d'erreur...
Et depuis, il a des ralentissement fréquent, la sourie qui saccade et le ventilateur qui tourne plus fort, impossible de regarder un film correctement ou de jouer a un jeu, quand je regarde les performances dans le gestionnaire de tache windows je vois que ca fait assez mal parfois...
