Arrêt de mon PC sous Vista anormalement long Fermé

Question

Bonjour, 

Depuis quelques jours mon PC a du mal a s'éteindre ou a s'allumé rapidement, j'ai passé un coup de CCleaner et de Tune Up utilities.

Salut,

Désinstalle TuneUp ça ralentit le PC.
Surtout si en plus c'est pour utiliser CCLeaner derrière....

Regarde sur cette page : https://forum.malekal.com/viewtopic.php?t=33602&start=

Notamment en bas, verifie si la clef ClearPageFileAtShutdown  existe pour Vista (peut-être que pour Seven).
Tu peux aussi réduire le timeout de la fermeture des services.

Merci pour ta réponse rapide, je vais donc désinstallé Tune Up mais pour le reste tu me parle en chinois, même avec le lien rien ne me parle je suis nul car je comprends rien.
