Protection antivirus/antispyware Résolu

Bonjour, 

Configuration: Windows 7 / Safari 535.1

J'ai testé la sécurité de mon PC avec PC Security Test 2011 et à la fin on me demande d'installer un logiciel de protection antispyware avec protection temps réel ainsi qu'un logiciel antivirus avec protection temps réel et prenant en charge la protection du navigateur internet. Vous me conseillez quoi ?! Citez SVP les logiciels gratuit si possible, sinon payant.
