Crash Minecraft

Bonjour,
voila de puis un bon bout de temps que je joue au jeu minecraft mais depuis un certain temps depuis la 1.5 ou la 1.4 , le jeu se met a crasher dans un intervalle de temps irrégulier (15min a + d'1 h) de la façon suivante : le jeu se coupe,et un message d'erreur s'affiche ,celui ci-joint est l'un des dernier en date,
comment régler ce problème ? merci de vos réponses
