Hello everyone!
I recently acquired a Saitek Cyborg V7 keyboard, and although it is very pleasant to use, I unfortunately cannot get the shortcut keys (keys C1 to C12) to work.
I have gone through numerous topics related to this issue, all offering different and more or less clear solutions... however, nothing seems to be effective for me...
Here are the tests I have performed:
=> I have created a profile that seems to be activated and tried a simple programming test, such as "Windows + R" or even a simple text.
=> I followed the explanations in the "Did you know?" window that opens when launching the software.
=> I also followed the explanations in the programming manual provided in the "Support" tab.
=> Finally, I followed the steps from the online support below:
http://www.cyborggaming.com/en/support.htm
=> I looked for a software/driver update, but nothing is available (I heard of a driver version 6.9, but I've never seen it!) and tried uninstalling/reinstalling just in case.
In all of the above cases, the keys are recognized in the profile editor (in graphical version) but not in the testing or "classic" usage phases.
Some additional information:
The software is version 7.0.2.7
The driver is version 6.2.1.3
I would really like to know where the error comes from, as the editor seems so simple to use... I wasn't sure whether to place this topic in the hardware or software/driver section...
Thank you in advance for your help!

To all those who have this problem (and there seem to be many of them!), here is the procedure to program the keys!
1 / Uninstall Smart Technology Software by going to: Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs
2 / Download the driver that corresponds to you here:
(32Bit version) => ftp://ftp.saitek.com/pub/software/xpvista/Saitek_Cyborg_Keyboard_SD6_32_Drivers_pfw.exe
(64Bit version) => ftp://ftp.saitek.com/pub/software/xpvista/Saitek_Cyborg_Keyboard_SD6_64_Drivers_pfw.exe
Also download the latest version of Smart Technology that corresponds to you here:
(32Bit Version) => ftp://ftp.saitek.com/pub/software/full/Smart_Technology_7_0_10_6_32bit.exe
(64Bit Version) => ftp://ftp.saitek.com/pub/software/full/Smart_Technology_7_0_10_6_64bit.exe
3 / Install the driver with the keyboard unplugged! It will ask you to plug it in afterwards.
4 / Install the Smart Technology software by running it as an administrator (right-click => run as administrator)
You should now be able to configure the keys C1 to C12 without issue :)
A big thank you to myself for solving this problem :D
... and hoping to help a few others along the way ;)

spin ... spin ... after 3 unfortunate experiences, my conclusion is the following: you must absolutely never buy objects from this brand.. the installation of drivers and software is an absolute nightmare, it's scandalous and pure scam to sell such poorly made items at this price!!!

Merci encore.

You need to go to Windows services and set the following service to automatic: User Interface Device Access.
There you go!

Change "Manual" to "Automatic"
