Code d'erreur: 0x641 windows update

Question

Bonjour, quand j'installe des mises a jour windows, celles ci ne s'installent pas. Quand je vais sur l'historique des mises a jour sur windows update il y a une crois rouge et donc je clique dessus et il y a donc le code erreur 0x641. 
Est ce que quelqu'un a une solution?

PS: meme apres redémarrage du pc les mises a jour ne s'installent pas

Télécharges Dial-A-Fix: https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/7253-dial-a-fix/
C'est un ZIP, clic droit dessus, Extraire.
Double clic sur l'application pour la lancer, clic sur le V en vert et sur GO, laisses travailler l'outil.

Appuies sur Windows + R, tapes ou copier/coller de:
 msiexec / unregister
msiexec /regserver  et OK après chaque commande. 
Ensuite tu réessayes d'installer la mise a jour.

non j'ai essayé d'installer un jeu et il me dit: "windows installer could not be accessed"

Vas dans Démarrer, clic droit sur poste de travail, Gérer, Services et applications, Services, dans la liste, cherches Windows Installer, clic droit sur la ligne, il faut qu'il soit sur Manuel, Appliquer, et essayes de démarrer le service.

je peux installer le jeux et les mises a jour sont notées également comme installées. Mais quand je fais rechercher les mises a jour dans windows update celle ci sont encore présente et je dois les réinstaller!!

J'ai redémarrer mon pc mais elles sont toujours présentes et je peux encore les réinstaller

Si elles se sont installées, dans windows update, tu les masques pour qu'elles ne soient plus proposées: clic sur le petit + devant la mise a jour et coches la case.

Vas dans le panneau de configuration, Ajout et suppression de programmes, coches la case afficher les mises a jour et regardes si tu les trouves.
