Code d'erreur: 0x641 windows update Fermé

Question

Bonjour, quand j'installe des mises a jour windows, celles ci ne s'installent pas. Quand je vais sur l'historique des mises a jour sur windows update il y a une crois rouge et donc je clique dessus et il y a donc le code erreur 0x641. 
Est ce que quelqu'un a une solution?

Télécharges Dial-A-Fix: https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/7253-dial-a-fix/
C'est un ZIP, clic droit dessus, Extraire.
Double clic sur l'application pour la lancer, clic sur le V en vert et sur GO, laisses travailler l'outil.

Appuies sur Windows + R, tapes ou copier/coller de:
 msiexec / unregister
msiexec /regserver  et OK après chaque commande. 
Ensuite tu réessayes d'installer la mise a jour.

Vas dans Démarrer, clic droit sur poste de travail, Gérer, Services et applications, Services, dans la liste, cherches Windows Installer, clic droit sur la ligne, il faut qu'il soit sur Manuel, Appliquer, et essayes de démarrer le service.

je peux installer le jeux et les mises a jour sont notées également comme installées. Mais quand je fais rechercher les mises a jour dans windows update celle ci sont encore présente et je dois les réinstaller!!

Si elles se sont installées, dans windows update, tu les masques pour qu'elles ne soient plus proposées: clic sur le petit + devant la mise a jour et coches la case.

Essayes de réinstaller un programme et vois si il se met bien dans " ajout et suppression de programmes".

Désolé pour le retard, j'ai utilisé le fix, cette fois il y a plus de mise a jour et j'ai remarqué qu'il n'y a que les mises a jour qui contiennent .NET Framework qui ne s'installent pas. Les autres (mises a jour de sécurité, suppression de logiciels malveillants) s'installent correctements.

Merci pout ton aide, ça n'a pas changé mais je pense qu'elles s'installent a qu'elles restent juste visible puisque les autre mise a jour s'installent correctement puis disparaissent.

Par contre j'ai un pb avec windows installer, a chaque fois que je démarre mon pc, il est arrêté et je dois le démarrer manuellement ou bien quand je veux le démarrer il me dit qu'il a démarrer puis qu'il c'est arrêté

SInon effectivement ces mises a jour netframework reviennennt, il y en a eu une net framework version 4... qui elle s'est installer et ne revient plus.

Bonjour à tous !

La solution que lacharpente a proposé consistant à réinstaller Windows Installer a fonctionné pour ma part puisque j'avais le même problème d'installation de mises à jour avec le même code d'erreur (0x641)

Allez savoir comment ce fameux Windows Installer a décidé de ne plus fonctionner sur mon pc et celui de maurice02 ! (pour ma part, une analyse anti-virus s'impose :D)

J'ai bien réinstallé avec le lien que tu m'as donné mais a chaque fois que je rallume mon pc, je vais voir dans windows installer et celui-ci est arrêté même si auparavant je l'avais mis sur démarré.

J'ai aussi fait un scan avec mon anti-virus, il n'a rien trouvé.

@ lacharpente, je te laisse à tes investigations, et je me permets d'intervenir pour ce problème, qui se pose assez souvent (netframework) y compris chez moi :)
