Good evening,
Go to the control panel
Regional and language options
Regional options tab
Click on customize
Time tab
In the time format, remove what is before HH:mm:ss, i.e. --> tt -
It should result in --> HH:mm:ss
Then in the symbol AM and PM, to remove the name, select the empty box or delete the name
Apply, OK, Apply and OK.
