Hello,
I've been having a little issue for a week: when I type a text on my keyboard, some letters, such as the "n", uppercase "C", "@" for example, cause the Windows help and support center to open by itself ...
I want to clarify that I have a notebook and I'm using Windows 7 Starter.
How can I fix this problem? I'm not very good with computers, so please be clear and concise :D
Thank you!

I allow myself to put a little "UP", even if it's not my topic, because I have the same problem... No matter how closely I follow the instructions to create an entry in the registry with regedit (to disable Windows Help), I can never find the famous "explorer" folder in the "policies" folder... Probably a peculiarity of Windows 7 Starter. In any case, the problem persists. However, no virus detected, and still the same issue after a system restore.
Any help would be welcome: typing a text in the word processor has become more than tedious.... :-(

EDIT: One piece of advice, dominorose, while waiting to find a solution (I just tested it and it works). Plug a USB keyboard into your netbook: personally, the problem (namely: the n, delete, lock, and c keys that launched Windows Help and Support) has disappeared. OK, it's not convenient, but it’s a stopgap.
A question, out of curiosity: is your netbook a Compaq? Just in case it’s our model that’s to blame...
Best regards.

I probably have a solution (although I don't know, maybe it's different on each computer).
After looking at the declared devices this morning, I realized that I had two keyboards working simultaneously in the same place... a European keyboard and an American keyboard. It’s simply a matter of uninstalling the American keyboard (and personally, everything went back to normal).
Hoping I have found an answer...
Best regards.

Maybe you accidentally touched the computer and created keyboard shortcuts, but I don't see anything else, and I'm not a computer expert either ^^

try to download Ccleaner and do a registry cleaning, and if it doesn't work, it means you must have created keyboard shortcuts, but I don’t know how to remove them, so look it up on the internet :)
