Soundpack downloads for Music Maker 17

Hello,
I'm reaching out to you because yesterday, after acquiring the Magix Music Maker 17 software, they offered me free soundpack downloads. I downloaded the synths and sound packs without any problem, but when I try to download the 3 instrument packs, the software becomes unresponsive and crashes every time I try to download the instrument packs.

Can you help me?

    I have EXACTLY the same problem as well. But I think I found the solution. If you answer Yes to my question, it means I'm right. Did you install Music Maker 17 TWICE with the same key on two different computers? Because I believe that's the problem. I tried to re-download the instrument packs that also mysteriously disappeared on my computer where I first installed Music Maker 17, but that doesn't work either.
    So if you answer Yes, here’s the solution. You need to uninstall the first Music Maker 17 that you installed. (This is just my opinion, do what you want, I just want to help :D)

    I think I just found the problem: I went for a little tour in the Music Maker 17 folders, and there I stumbled upon the two installation files for the two sound packs! I was then happy, I clicked on them, but immediately the Windows Explorer crashed... I deduce that these files must be damaged! I will therefore attempt a second reinstallation but this time by deleting these two files! :D
