Installation of the French language pack

Hello, following an infection I formatted everything to switch to Windows 7 Enterprise; the problem is that it is in English and therefore impossible to set it to French (French Language Pack - Windows 7 (KB972813))
Windows Update does not download the module or install it, with several error codes:

French Language Pack - Windows 7 (KB972813)

Installation date: 02/09/2011 01:54

Installation status: Failed

Error details: Code 800736B3
I searched for the cause of the error on the official Windows site, did the procedures but it still doesn't detect it in the language change
I also tried to modify the registry with regedit but still nothing; what to do?
Windows 7 Enterprise build 7600 ver6.1

Hi

Normally, the only two versions of Windows 7 that you can change the language from Windows Update in the optional updates are the Enterprise and Ultimate versions.
