Hello,
I bought a computer in early July and I've been having a problem with Windows Media Player since then. The software launches by itself without me telling it to. It just opens on its own, and when I close it, it immediately reopens! When I switch to another application, the Windows Media Player window comes to the front, making my computer unusable. I want to clarify that my Windows is genuine (official Microsoft key, not OEM) and my antivirus is up-to-date (Avast! Internet Security, paid antivirus...).
Fortunately, this doesn't happen all the time, and after a certain amount of time clicking "Close," it finally shuts down and doesn't reopen. Except since this morning (I made a video), I had to restart my computer. I'll post the video later.
Thank you in advance for your help.

Have you tried the other two suggestions?
Try this as well:
Go to the Control Panel, display icons, Programs and Features, on the left, turn Windows features on or off, click the + in front of Multimedia features, uncheck WMP, OK.
Restart, run a CCleaner cleanup: https://www.commentcamarche.net/telecharger/utilitaires/5647-ccleaner/
During the installation, check only for a desktop icon, nothing else.
Launch it by right-clicking, Run as Administrator.
It's preconfigured, don't change anything, click Scan==> Clean, then Registry==> Fix all errors, make the requested backup.
Repeat the two actions until it finds nothing.
Restart, go back to Windows features and check WMP again, it will reinstall, see what that does.

Thank you very much for your help!
No problem, there was certainly a registry key that must have remained after an update of WMP.
