Hello,
USB key update, according to the manual: add the binary files to the root of the USB memory. It’s Chinese to me. How should I proceed concretely in non-technical language? Thank you. Also, what type of USB key? Please help me.

Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

    Hello,

After doing some research, I think that to update your TV, you need to download the latest firmware from the Sharp website and copy it to the root (meaning do not place it in a folder) of the USB stick, which should be formatted in FAT.
These instructions are intended for another Sharp TV, but it should work.

I'm sorry, it's not working. Sharp told me to create a MERGE.bin file and save it on my USB drive, but I don't know how to create this file. Everything on Google is in English and I don't understand. Thank you very much.
      Best regards.

I tested this link but it didn't work. After a long time, I managed to get a Sharp advisor who gave me a link and its instructions, which will only be valid by the end of the day (too busy). As soon as I test it, I will let you know. Thank you very much.
      Best regards.

      Hello,
Here it is! In fact, we are practically obliged to call SHARP's customer service for an advisor to create, if it doesn't exist, the link that will allow the update of the model. Apparently, each model has its own link that Sharp creates on demand. Note that the USB stick must be formatted in FAT 16 or 32 depending on the size of the file. Phew! Thanks a thousand times again.
      Best regards.
