Hello,
I am considering buying a Blu-ray player and it turns out that there is an Ethernet port on the back of the player.
The seller explained to me that I need to connect the player to my computer to perform the update, but on the computer, there is only one Ethernet port to connect the modem...
My question is how to update the player with only one Ethernet port that is being used for the modem?
Thank you.

Hello, to update your Blu-ray player, you need to carefully note the exact brand and model of your player, then go to the official website of the brand from your PC to download the latest firmware relevant to your device. You should burn it onto a CD or DVD after extracting it if necessary, and place the result of your work in your Blu-ray player, following all instructions carefully. WARNING: this process is delicate and not without risks, but it works perfectly in most cases. Make sure there are no power outages, for example, and you do not need to connect the player to the PC or the internet. Sincere regards, CHRISS83.
