Is your Free remote not responding?

Hello,

If your Free remote control is not responding anymore, press the black button behind the box's glass and then press the AV and Free buttons at the same time, and your issue should be resolved. I found this by chance while trying to figure out how to make my remote work. I hope I helped you, goodbye.

      Thank you! That's great, it worked in 5 seconds! And to think I almost returned my remote to Free, I pressed the black button on the back of the Free Box TV and the AV and Free buttons on the remote, a screen appeared to reprogram the remote, I pressed OK and there you go! THANK YOU!!!
